Down payment of 25% is due upon confirmation of booking.

Full payment is due 10 days prior to the rental date.

In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:
More than 30 days prior to the rental date: 75% refund (down payment will be kept).
Less than 30 days prior to the rental date: 50% refund.
Less than 10 days prior to the rental date: no refund.

Customers will be offered a free rebooking or gift card if the reservation is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (hurricanes, damage to the boat without a possible replacement boat).
